The item that you wish to return must be eligible for return.
If the return is not eligible for Pickup, a Self-Return option will be given.
Once the return is received, you will, in accordance with Trust Refund Policy, be issued a refund to your original payment method.
We do not have Cash on Delivery option as of now, it will be operational in near future.
Return will be processed only if:
it is determined that the product was not damaged while in your possession;
the product is not different from what was shipped to you;
the product is returned in original condition.
NOTE: We do not accept bulk order. Not more than 3 pieces of any item are taken. In case of Edibles (Prasad) not more than 5 packets can be ordered. In case of your order exceeding 5 packets for Prasad, courier charges will be charged in lieu of extra order.
If you schedule a courier pick-up through our Online Returns Center you are required to keep the following documents ready for handing it over to the pickup associate:
Copy of your ID proof (Aadhar, Passport or PAN)
The Return invoice and Customer authorization documents should be affixed on the package. It generally takes up to 07 - 10 days for an item to reach us after it is picked up by the courier.
Once the package is received at Trust, it takes 2 (two) business days for the refund to be processed and 5- 7 business days for the refund amount to reflect in your account.
If your return is due to Shrikashiprasadam error you'll receive a full refund, else the shipping charges (onward & return) will be deducted from your refund amount.

Note: If you've received a non-returnable product in a damaged/defective condition, you can contact us within 02 days from the delivery of the product.
